Jayadeva is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and fellow member of the Institute of Quantity Surveyors, Sri Lanka. He is a senior quantity surveyor and director of Cost Management Services (Pvt) Ltd. He has about 20 years of experience in quantity surveying field in Sri Lanka and several years in Maldives, United Arab Emirates, Sultanate of Oman and India.
