Alvin joined the Mechanical Engineering team of ALT in 2011. As the head mechanical engineer, Alvin leads a team that closely works with ALT’s Design Department in ensuring excellent thermal performance of the façade design. As a LEED Accredited Professional with specialties in BD+C (Building Design and Construction) and O+M (Operation and Maintenance), he also serves as ALT’s sustainability consultant aimed at ensuring attainment of code requirements and project sustainability goals. He also leads his team in delivering sustainability-related studies including solar access and daylight analysis.
