John brings over 15 years of experience as a building enclosure consulting/commissioning consultant. His expertise includes consulting on residential, commercial and industrial facade assemblies throughout the world, including roofing, claddings, fenestrations and below grade waterproofing. John has been integral in the development of the practice area of building enclosure commissioning (BECx) both domestically and internationally. His vast commissioning experience encompasses all aspects of BECx from programming/pre-design, through construction and operation and maintenance. His projects have achieved exceptional air leakage results and significant energy performance/savings for owners.
