Dr. Ananya Gandotra, is currently heading the Design Team at Birla Estates Pvt. Ltd. She provides strategic design direction and helps deliver real estate projects successfully. Prior to Birla Estates, she has held positions such as: Head of Technical Services at Taj Group, Add. Chief Architect at DLF and, Head- Planning and Design at Indiabulls Real Estate. Ananya has 25years+ of professional expertise across various asset classes (hotels, office, retail, plotted development, residential and industrial). She has worked with many domestic/multinational investors and has in depth experience in Project & Design Management across India, China and Dubai.
