D.B Navratne is an Senior Architect by Profession & a Director of Design Consortium Pvt (Ltd). He served as a Director Conservation - Rideeviharaya, Dambadeniya, Yapahuwa, Panduwasnuwara projects of Central Cultural Fund. He is fellow Member of Sri Lanka Institute of Architects, FIA(SL), Council Member of Sri Lanka National committe – International Council Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS), Member in Sri Lanka Association of Urban Designers, Associate Member of Sri Lanka Institute of Architects AIA(SL). Mr. Navratne did his Masters of Urban Design (MUD)/ Distinction pass from University of Hong Kong. He received Design Award (First Prize) for the Design of National Monument of Government Lanka & Team of Competition wining Designs, Under Design Consortium (Pvt) Limited for trilium residencies, passikudah tourism development master plan & hotel school Colombo.
