Geoff Horne (Director); Geoff is the founding director of Precon and a Registered Architect. Geoff is a market leader in pre-construction phases of large-scale construction projects, having led many projects of significance over the last 25 years including The University of Auckland’s B302 Science Building, B507 Park West Development, B201, and Health New Zealand | Waitemata’s recently completed Tōtara Haumaru. Geoff brings extensive knowledge, energy, passion, and commitment in motivating project teams to achieve the very best outcomes. His holistic approach adds immense value to the projects he is involved with. Adept at preconstruction, programming, and project strategy, he has a demonstrated history of delivering large complex projects.
